Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Amaan Academy ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a class, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

Amaan Academy provides one-on-one online Quran classes conducted via video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet). Our services include Quranic reading (Nazra & Qaida), Quran memorization (Hifz), Tajweed (pronunciation rules), and advanced Islamic studies (Aalimiyat).

2. Free Trial Class

New students are eligible for one free trial class of approximately 30 minutes. The trial class is provided at no cost and with no obligation to continue. After the trial, students may choose to enroll in regular classes or discontinue without any penalty.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

• Class schedules are agreed upon between the student (or parent) and Amaan Academy before the commencement of regular classes.
• Students must join their scheduled class on time. If a student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
• If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, at least 24 hours notice is required.
• Classes missed without prior notice may not be rescheduled at our discretion.

4. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
• A device capable of video conferencing (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• A working microphone and camera
• A quiet, well-lit learning environment

Amaan Academy is not responsible for classes that cannot be conducted due to the student's technical issues.

5. Conduct

Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during classes. We reserve the right to discontinue services for any student or parent who displays inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials provided by Amaan Academy are for personal use only. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amaan Academy provides educational services to the best of our ability. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, memorization speed, or recitation proficiency. Progress depends on the student's individual effort, aptitude, and consistent practice.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
